My Favorite Meditation Tips

If you are a new to meditation, the thing I find most useful is to put earbuds into your ears.  That will block out sounds and you will hear the sound of your breath entering and exiting your body. Once you learn to listen to your own-self for a while, you could then start getting into the practice of meditation.

It’s a great idea to use an app to guide you in this practice in the beginning. My favorite app is Insight Timer. They have a free version – I use the paid version.  There are several other teachers you can check out too.

My two best leaders are Sarah Blondin who has this incredible voice and story in her. She could read a recipe and you would think it was a prayer. Then I also love Michelle Zarrin. Michelle has number of beautiful courses to teach you meditation.
